Sirenuse Mare: the new icon of luxury

The new luxury beach club between Positano and Nerano: on April 23, Sirenuse Mare opens, the seaside extension of the Sersale family’s hotel.

Sirenuse Mare is the new luxury beach club on the Amalfi Coast. Created to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Le Sirenuse, it combines refined design, Mediterranean cuisine, and crystal-clear waters in Nerano. In the heart of the Amalfi Coast, a new destination is emerging—one set to become iconic. The result of a long-anticipated project, meticulously crafted in every detail, it brings the unmistakable elegance and style of Le Sirenuse directly to the sea, offering an exclusive experience that blends nature, design, and exceptional hospitality. With its opening scheduled for April 23, this beach club represents a new vision of contemporary “dolce vita,” designed for sophisticated travelers seeking authenticity and refinement.

A five-year project

Sirenuse Mare is the result of a journey that began years ago and took five years of planning and development, with the goal of creating a true seaside destination. As owner Antonio Sersale stated to the international media: “At Le Sirenuse, we like to take a long-term view. After three quarters of a century, a project pursued for decades finally takes shape.” This long-term vision perfectly reflects the philosophy of the Sersale family, who have turned a dream into a new icon of Mediterranean hospitality.

Nerano, the hidden bay

The choice of location is key. Sirenuse Mare is located in Marina del Cantone, in the bay of Nerano—one of the most authentic areas of the Amalfi Coast. Just a short distance from Positano, this seaside enclave offers a perfect escape from heavy tourism while maintaining a direct connection to one of Italy’s most iconic hotels. The beach club unfolds across a series of spacious terraces rising from the beach toward the hillside, creating a continuous dialogue between sea and landscape. The project is the result of collaboration among architects, designers, and artisans, with particular attention to local materials and Mediterranean vegetation.

Design and lifestyle

Sirenuse Mare is conceived as a complete ecosystem, where every element contributes to an immersive experience. The spaces include a restaurant, three bars, and the first Emporio Sirenuse flagship store outside Positano. Contemporary art and craftsmanship coexist harmoniously, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. As Antonio Sersale told the media, the project embodies “the spirit of the dolce vita, the pursuit of quality, and a love for beauty.”

Mediterranean cuisine

The Sirenuse Mare restaurant, open for lunch, offers cuisine rooted in Campanian and Mediterranean traditions, led by chef Francesco De Simone. The dishes highlight local, seasonal ingredients, with a convivial approach that perfectly reflects the lifestyle of Southern Italy. The Sirenuse Mare experience is built on a balance between luxury and natural simplicity. Sunbeds, cabanas, and relaxation areas are thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and comfort while maintaining an informal atmosphere. The service, inherited from the Le Sirenuse tradition, remains one of its defining features, with genuine attention to every detail.

When and how to visit

Sirenuse Mare will be open from April 23 to October 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM until sunset, with the restaurant open for lunch. It can be reached both by land and by sea, with direct connections from Positano. Limited availability makes the experience particularly exclusive, with priority given to hotel guests. With Sirenuse Mare, the Amalfi Coast gains a new destination capable of redefining the concept of a luxury beach club—a place where sea, design, and hospitality come together to create an authentic and memorable experience.
