In Brussels, she specialized in the creation of European projects focused on international tourism, eventually discovering—and falling in love with—the world of luxury hospitality. After years of experience in prestigious establishments like J.K. Place Capri, and collaborations with top-tier professionals both on the island and abroad, Valentina is now a true expert in luxury lifestyle. A tireless traveler with a refined sense of taste, she guides her guests through the most exclusive villas, offering a flawless service on par with a five-star hotel. At Capri 360, Valentina coordinates the concierge team and leads the hospitality division, which includes a curated collection of luxury villas—hidden gems nestled across Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and other elite destinations. On the occasion of the official opening of bookings for summer 2026, Valentina shares the vision and values that have made Capri 360 a benchmark in luxury hospitality under the shadow of the Faraglioni.

– How did your career in luxury lifestyle management begin, and what led you to work with CAPRI 360?
It all began after my degree and several master’s programs across Europe, when I started working at MSC Cruises. I was in charge of the VIP area of the Yacht Club on board their magnificent cruise ships. That experience allowed me to identify and shape not just a passion but a genuine talent for luxury tourism. From there, my career in hospitality gradually took shape through a wide variety of international experiences. I was fortunate enough to work with luxury hotels and industry professionals who taught me the importance of attention to detail and true care. I joined Capri 360 at the very beginning of its journey, fully believing in this dream alongside CEO Gianni Tedesco and the entire team.

– What makes Capri such a unique and irresistible destination for sophisticated travelers from around the world?
Its history, its legends, its timeless beauty. Our guests—and I insist on calling them guests, not clients—don’t come to Capri just for a holiday. They come to live the dream the island embodies, in every one of its enchanting nuances.

– How does CAPRI 360’s service stand out from other luxury operators?
Four simple elements: 24/7 assistance, meticulous attention to detail, personalised care at every stage—from the very first contact before booking to the final farewell—with discretion and confidentiality, and, above all, our ability to anticipate every need and prevent any issues before they arise.

– What are some of the most unexpected requests you’ve received as a lifestyle manager?
Requests are endless and each one is different, as it should be in this field. My role is to welcome them all, respond immediately, and preempt any potential issues. The phrase “that’s not possible” simply doesn’t exist in our vocabulary. As standard procedures teach us, our response is always: “We’ll do everything we can to make it happen”—and that’s exactly what we do, every single day.

– When a guest chooses a luxury villa for their holiday, what are the key elements that make the experience truly tailor-made?
Every detail is customized based on the guest’s preferences and needs, which I get to know through continuous and early communication. That way, we can turn their desires into reality. I personally inspect each villa several times before the guest’s arrival, and the on-site staff is trained and briefed according to the guest’s specific requirements. Nothing is left to chance.

– How do you build a trusted network of partners (private chefs, skippers, personal shoppers, wellness experts, etc.) for a high-level concierge service?
The first step is recognizing the potential in each individual, beyond their professional background. It’s crucial to work with people who share our vision and values—only then can you build something solid and long-lasting. Our partners embrace our philosophy and are perfectly aligned with our standards of excellence, which is what allows us to deliver a truly exceptional and seamless stay.

– How important are discretion and privacy management when working with VIP and international clients?
Absolutely essential. It’s the number one rule in our industry.

– Can you share a project or experience that particularly struck you or that you’re especially proud of?
Being part of the CAPRI 360 project is, in itself, a source of pride for me. Being part of a team that thinks big constantly inspires and motivates me to reach new goals and take on ever more exciting challenges.

– How does CAPRI 360 reinterpret the concept of “Caprese hospitality” in a contemporary way?
By preserving traditions and elevating them to their highest and most unique expression.

– So, in summary, what is the philosophy or mantra that guides you in creating authentic and unforgettable luxury experiences for your clients?
